“This was a fantastic detailed tour, and we learned so much about the history and process of Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma ham, and balsamic vinegar. Our guide Lorenzo was knowledgeable and fun. Pick up in Parma was smooth, the van was comfortable, and the drive in between locations was beautiful. There were small tastings at each stop: cheese & dried bread with sparkling wine, freshly cut Parma ham with bread and red wine, and spoons of different balsamic vinegars. I’d suggest packing water and a snack if doing the full day tour - we were quite hungry by the time we made it back to the drop off point.”

“The tour was amazing! Lorenzo was a fantastic guide—passionate, fun, and extremely knowledgeable about Parmigiano Reggiano. He made sure to explain everything in different languages so that everyone in the group could follow along and enjoy the experience. The highlight was definitely the cheese tasting at the end, paired with Lambrusco—it was absolutely delicious. One note: I noticed it’s much cheaper to book directly through the dairy’s website. So, while I highly recommend this tour, I suggest scheduling it directly with them for the best value.”

“Out half day tour of Parma included a Cheese farm, Prosciutto factory and lunch at a local restaurant. Rosella was excellent, she explained every step in the processes at each site and was knowledgeable of the region but more important was extremely personable as was our tour bus driver. The tour couldn't have been any better.”
