“This was an amazing tour. They did a great job explaining the process of balsamic vinegar production. They had a huge spread of food to try along with 12 year and 25 year old balsamic vinegar to pair with the food. It was a highlight of our trip. We highly recommend it.”

“This was a fantastic detailed tour, and we learned so much about the history and process of Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma ham, and balsamic vinegar. Our guide Lorenzo was knowledgeable and fun. Pick up in Parma was smooth, the van was comfortable, and the drive in between locations was beautiful. There were small tastings at each stop: cheese & dried bread with sparkling wine, freshly cut Parma ham with bread and red wine, and spoons of different balsamic vinegars. I’d suggest packing water and a snack if doing the full day tour - we were quite hungry by the time we made it back to the drop off point.”

“Marco, our driver was very cordial and prompt, and kept us on schedule. The cheese factory was amazing and very informative, and had a lovely tasting at the end. The Ferrari and Lamborghini museums were very well done and 45 minutes was plenty of time to take those in. The balsamic vinegar stop was the best. Hearing and seeing the process of making it and then tasting the product was sublime. The lunch that they served there was so good! We highly recommend this tour”

The two food tours were quite educational and delicious, and the winery visit & lunch gave us an appreciation for the local wine and food. Ending at the Ferrari Museum was also fun because we saw works of art with 4 wheels — simply amazing cars; all the display explanations were also in English which enabled us to enjoy the cars even more.”
