“Rosa is the most wonderful host. Bubbly and enthusiastic. She gave us loads of tips on where to eat and what to do and see. By the way, she makes the most wonderful, authentic, Lasagne. Can't praise her enough. If you want to get a taste of the real Bologna then doing a private tasting is a real must. 10/10.”

“My family and I scheduled this pasta class with high hopes and Paola did not disappoint! We entered her lovely home in the center of Bologna and felt welcomed and comfortable. Paola is learning English and had a translator with her who we also loved (thank you Agnese!). We were immediately put to work making tiramisu, pumpkin gnocchi and tagliatelle ragu. Paola had done quite a bit of preparation so everything was ready for us. She was organized, clean, and kept us all busy. We enjoyed the meal (which was so much food!) at her dining room table and stayed chatting for quite some time, never feeling rushed.”
