Sonia and Valentina S. were excellent and gracious hosts who made us feel welcome, instructions were clear and easy to follow and they would assist us whenever any of us struggled to keep up (which was almost certain for me as a first-timer at making fresh pasta!). I was also given the chance to mix my own spritz and meet a group of incredible individuals who were also visiting Bologna from the world over. A definite recommend for anyone who would like to get their hands dirty and have a go at making authentic tagliatelle al ragu!Read more”
